Please use the same Touch 'n Go (TnG) card to check in (entry) and check out (exit) of our parking facility to ensure a completed cycle.

In emergency situations, using a different payment method (e.g., scan QR Code, or another TnG card) to exit may invalidate your original TnG card for future use in our system, i.e., your TnG card will automatically be blocked for re-entry.

If you paid with another method upon exit, please visit our Parking Management Office in B1 (Basement 1) during business hours to reactivate/reset your card.
